I found this insane Campagna V13R driving on Ocean Road on my last day of my Rhode Island vacation on 8/6/2023. This is definitely up there as one of the most insane and unique vehicles I have ever spotted randomly on the road. DMV classifies this as a motorcycle hence the motorcycle plates. Hope to find more vehicles like this starting Thursday!
